Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 10 Tbs Butter (Salted)
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 12 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 330 Degrees F ( Disney says.. not typo1. 330 degrees )
  • Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl and set aside.
  • Combine butter, brow sugar, and powdered sugar in a separate mixing bowl and cream with an electric mixer until fluffy
  • With the mixer running, add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • Slowly add flour mixture, scraping down sides of the bowl.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment and scoop 2 Tbs for medium cookies or 1/4 C for large cookies.
  • Bake until light golden.  Approx. 12 mins.
  • Let cookies cool on pan approx 3 mins, the transfer to wire cooling rack.
  • Makes approx. 28 cookies depending on size
