Instructions

  • Pour in 4 cups chicken broth, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sriracha. Bring to a gentle boil.
  • Add the 2 packs of ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).

Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Add 4 cloves minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Whisk in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour to create a roux, then slowly pour in 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup heavy cream, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (if using) and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).

Step 4: Assemble the Dish

  • Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  • Divide the ramen noodles and broth into bowls.
